The Easter Bunny meets the PDS Ninja Bunny! Ms. Mia Concepcion. Media Information Administrator was at the Shang Plaza event to give support to its bonafide members such as Ginto Chocolates and Cacao de Davao.One of the first Easter Sunday mall goers flock at the Ginto Luxury Chocolates booth. at the right is Ms. Dalareich Polot, President, Ginto Chocolates, Bohol. She was discussing the different chocolate bars and its unique flavors. Seen in the photo was the sale of different bars from the Dalareich Tableya.Easter Sunday equates Easter Egg Hunting but not for little girl. This moment delighted Ginto Chocolates President Ms. Dalareich Polot that the bitterness of dark chocolates is not a taste to get acquainted with. She practically ate almost all darks with gusto!“I’d get 10 of these please.”Day 1 and the Chocolate coated While Roasted Nibs for sampling were wiped away.
Ginto Chocolates have made a different bar for tasting today. This was the Bohol Oro made from the beans from Fort Justine, Sierra Bullones Bohol.
Cacao de Davao
At 2PM, mall goers began to flock at the Cacao de Davao booth. The reason? They smelled HOT CHOCOLATE “brewing.”The man behind Cacao de Davao Chocolates is none other than Mr. Cezar Lim. (L). He was with Ms. Mia Concepcion (R) , Media Information Administrator of Plantacion de Sikwate when she made her choco-rounds among the Bonafide Members of the largest Cacao Producers Association.
